Do the books come in softcover or hardcover binding?

All printed core books come in hardcover binding. You can see some samples of the current books of the game that we’ve published in Spanish here (www.nosolorol.com).

How do I add my add-ons?

If you want to add an add-on to your pledge, please add the specified amount to your total pledge amount.

Sometime after the campaign, you will be invited to BackerKit, a pledge manager where you can sort out the details and handle any additional shipping charges.

How will the proofreading and game edition look like?

All published materials for the game will have native English-speaking professional editors assigned, as well as qualified proof-readers, to make sure the content is of utmost quality.

None of the text we supply here during the Kickstarter campaign is the final version (to keep turn-around-times low). We did our best to bring you the best sample materials, but it is not the final version.

I’ve pledged extra to cover some upgrades, but how do I tell you what they are?

This information will be collected at the end of the campaign when surveys get sent out to backers. So expect to give this information in November.

Will you be using a pledge manager like Backerkit?

Yes! We’ll be using Backerkit when the campaign concludes. We trust Backerkit because they have proven to function successfully in other roleplaying game campaigns like Fate Core by Evil Hat or 7th Sea Second Edition by John Wick Presents.

Are there any discount/savings by carrying out a group purchase? Can a group purchase include items from different pledge levels?

At each pledge level, you can add additional copies as add-ons and you will only be responsible for the shipping charges for the first one.

Stores can buy the game at a discount rate with special pledges. Just tell your local store to collaborate in the campaign or to write us at world@nosolorol.com

I’m an international customer. What about international shipping cost (including VAT and the like)?

We are going to have two basements to distribute the game: one at USA and another one in the European Union. Backers from USA and EU shipping costs are as indicated. In other countries, added duties or taxes required by the nation of destination are the backer’s responsibility.

This game is published in Spanish and French. May I pledge to receive the game in one of this languages?

Unfortunately, no. This campaign is just for the English version of the game. If you want to buy a copy in Spanish, ask us at world@nosolorol.com. For a French version, contact our partner La Loutre Rôliste (https://www.laloutreroliste.fr/)

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
